SUMAN AT TSOKOLATE ALA MODE


Ingredients:

6 pc suman sa ibos
1 cup brown sugar or muscovado or panutsa
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
3 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM BEST OF THE PHILIPPINES TABLEA TSOKOLATE
1/2 cup dried pinipig
mint leaves for garnish

Procedure:

  1. Roll suman in brown sugar.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan then pan-fry suman until caramelized.
  3.  Transfer to serving plates. While still hot, top with a scoop of ice cream then sprinkle with pinipig on top and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
