STRAWBERRY SHORT CAKE


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS WITH STRAWBERRY SYRUP
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, melted
1/4 cup sugar
3 mini scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA for topping (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Combine pancake mix and milk and mix until smooth.
  2. Brush heat proof ramekins or microwavable glass containers with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Pour mixture in ramekins and drizzle with strawberry syrup on top.
  3. Place in the microwave oven and set power on high and cook for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave and let cool. Serve with a scoop of ice cream on top and drizzle with remaining syrup.
Makes 2-3 servings.
