STIR FRY LUNCHEON MEAT


Ingredients:

2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
1 (230g) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, diced
1 (100g) pc potato, diced
1 (100g) pc carrot, diced
1 cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 cup water

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan. Stir-fry luncheon meat, potato, and carrot.
  2. Add water, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens.
