STEAK ALA SUPREMO


Ingredients:

4 pc MONTEREY PORTERHOUSE STEAKS
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp rosemary
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp catsup
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

Procedure:

  1. Marinate steaks in Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, sugar, catsup, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook steaks according to preferred doneness. Pour some of butter from pan over cooked meat just before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
