Star Yang Chow Rice


  1. Melt margarine in a pan. Sauté garlic and onions.
  2. Add carrots and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly over high heat.
  3. Add shrimps, mix well and cook until shrimps turn pink.
  4. Add peas and rice. Toss. Cook for about 3 minutes stirring continuously. Add egg and green onions. Season with salt, if desired.
