STAR VANILLA POPCORN

Ingredients:

1 (100 g)	pack	microwavable popcorn, cooked per package directions
1	cup	sugar
1/2	cup	water
1/3	cup	corn syrup
1/4	tsp	iodized fine salt
1/2	cup	STAR MARGARINE VANILLA

Procedure:

Remove cooked popcorn from packaging and place in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a saucepan over high heat, combine sugar, water, corn syrup, and salt. Mix well and cook until the mixture reaches 240°F (use a candy thermometer for this step).
When the mixture reaches its desired temperature, add the margarine and stir until melted. Slowly pour the mixture at the same time tossing the popcorn around, making sure it is completely coated.

Makes 4 servings.
