KANGKONG IN OYSTER SAUCE


Ingredients:

3 tbsp (36 g) STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
1 pc (50 g) onion, sliced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/3 cup water
2 bundles (200 g) kangkong, use tender leaves and soft stalks only

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, melt margarine and sauté onion until tender. Add oyster sauce and water. Simmer.
  2. Add kangkong. Cook until kangkong color turns bright green and stalks are tender. Serve.

Makes 5 servings.
(Yield: 2-1/2 cups/1/2 cup per serving)
