SRIRACHA MAYO WINGS

Ingredients:

1/2	kg	MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BUFFALO WINGS
1	pack (30 g)	chicken breading mix
2	cups	cooking oil
1	pack (80 mL)	MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/8	cup (32 g)	Sriracha sauce
1/8	cup (32 g)	sweet chili sauce
3	tbsp	water
1	stalk (15 g)	green onions, chopped

Procedure:

Dredge chicken in breading mix.
Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sweet chili sauce, and water.
Brush chicken with dressing and sprinkle green onions just before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
