SQUASH AND CHICKEN NUGGETS CASSEROLE


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS CHICKEN BREAST NUGGETS, cooked according to package directions
1/4 kg squash, peeled, boiled and mashed
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, softened
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup sweet style tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl combine squash, butter and bread crumbs. Transfer squash mixture into a baking dish, top with spaghetti sauce then cheese.
  2. Add chicken nuggets on top of the dish and bake in an oven toaster for 20 minutes at 350°F.

Makes 5 servings.

Tip: You can make your own bread crumbs from leftover or stale bread by toasting until dry and crushing with a mortar and pestle
