SPICY WINGS WITH SPINACH DIP


Ingredients:

12 pc MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION WINGS (6 right side, 6 left side)
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper
cooking oil, for deep-frying
1 cup banana ketchup
1/8 cup hot sauce
2 tbsp sugar

Swamp Dip:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 cup spinach leaves, blanched then squeezed until dry
iodized fine salt
white pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Sprinkle chicken wings with salt and pepper on all sides. Deep fry wings in oil over medium high heat until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, combine ketchup, hot sauce, and sugar. Mix well then add in the chicken while still hot. Toss well. Set aside.
  3. For the dip, combine all ingredients.

Makes 6 servings.
