SPICY NOODLE POT


Ingredients:

4 cups water
1 (140 g) pack store bought hot chicken instant ramen
1 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS CLASSIC, sliced diagonally
1 (165 g) can PUREFOODS CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT, sliced into thick strips
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN HOT & SPICY
1 cup chopped Baguio pechay
1/2 cup frozen corn and carrots
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG

Procedure:

  1. Boil water in a pot. Add instant ramen and its flavor pack, hotdog, luncheon meat and chicken. Let simmer.
  2. Add vegetables then mix with egg. Simmer once.

Makes 5 servings. Tip/s:

  • To lessen heat level, add some grated cheese.
  • Add other leafy vegetables to increase fiber content.
  • Option to use boiled egg rather than stirring egg in.
  • Option to add tofu cubes.
