SPICY LUNCHEON MEAT NOODLE POT

Ingredients:

4	cups (1L)	water
2 packs	(120 g)	instant ramen
1 can	(340 g)	PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT SQUARE, SLICED INTO THICK STRIPS
2	bundles (40 g each)	pechay Baguio, ends trimmed
1	pc	MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten
1 pack	(100 g)	frozen mixed vegetables (1/2 cup)

Procedure:

Boil water in a pot. Add instant ramen and its seasonings.
Add luncheon meat, vegetable, and then mix in egg. Simmer once.

Makes 4 servings

Yield: 4 cups (2 cups broth)/1 cup per serving
