SPICY LUNCHEON MEAT NOODLE POT


Ingredients:

4 cups water
2 (120 g) packs PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, sliced into thick strips
1 (230 g) can PUREFOODS LUNCHEON MEAT, sliced into thick strips
2 (40 g each) stalks pechay Baguio, ends trimmed
1/2 cup frozen vegetables (corn, carrots and peas)
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten

Procedure:

  1. Boil water in a pot. Add instant ramen and its seasonings. 
  2. Add luncheon meat and vegetables then mix in egg. Simmer once.

Makes 4 servings

Yield: 4 cups (2 cups broth)/1 cup per serving
