SPICY KALABASA AT SITAW


Ingredients:

1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN HOT & SPICY
2 cups coconut milk
300 g squash, cubed
1/4 kg string beans, 2” long
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten

Procedure:

  1. In a pot over heat, combine chicken and coconut milk. Let simmer then add squash and beans. Add eggs and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook until vegetables soften.

Makes 5 servings.

(Yield: 2-1/2 cups )
