SPICY CHICKEN HOTDOG BOG


Ingredients:

2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
3 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY CHICKEN HOTDOG
2 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN HOT & SPICY
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups white rice
1 pc chicken bouillon cube, diluted in 3 cups of water

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pot and fry hotdog, chicken and vegetables. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Put rice and continue to cook for 3 minutes until lightly dry.
  3. Add chicken stock, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until cooked.

Makes 6 servings.
