SPICED MILK CHOCOLATE GANACHE


Ingredients:

100 mL MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
100 mL MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK
1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp ground paprika
500 g LE BOURNE MILK CHOCOLATE, chopped

Procedure:

  1. In a sauce pan, heat cream, milk, cayenne, and paprika over medium heat and once it boils, pour unto chopped chocolate.
  2. Mix after one minute until smooth and uniform in color.
Yield: 150 pcs. 1/2-inch truffles
