SPECIAL BAGOONG GUISADO


Ingredients:

1 pc onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1/2 kg bagoong
1/2 cup vinegar
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
2 tbsp PUREFOODS LIVER SPREAD

Procedure:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Add bagoong and vinegar and allow to boil. Simmer until almost dry.
  2. Add cream and simmer until liquid is reduced. Add liver spread and blend well. Serve with green mangoes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
