SOY GARLIC KARAAGE


Ingredients:

1/4 kg COOK EXPRESS CHICKEN KARAAGE, fried according to package directions

Soy Garlic Glaze

3 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
4 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sliced leeks

Procedure:

  1. Combine glaze ingredients in a pan except for sesame oil, and sliced leek. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes or until thick.
  2. Turn off heat and add sesame oil. Toss in chicken to coat. Garnish with sliced leek.

Makes 4 servings

(Yield: 1/4 cup sauce, approximately 12 pieces of chicken/3 pc per serving)
