SOPA DE CHILI CON CARNE


Ingredients:

1 pack COOK EXPRESS CHILI CON CARNE
4 cups chicken stock
1 can (400 g) diced or crushed tomatoes
1 can (425 g) corn kernels, drained
1 tsp dried parsley
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE, grated

Procedure:

  1. In a large pan, combine chili con carne, chicken stock, canned tomatoes and corn.
  2. Cover with lid and simmer for 40 minutes.
  3. Top with parsley and cheese before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
