SIZZLING MEAT AND TOFU


Ingredients:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL PALM VEGETABLE OIL
150 g tofu, cubed
1 (165 g) can PUREFOODS CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT, cut into large cubes
1 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG JUMBO, sliced
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN HOT & SPICY
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry tofu gently until lightly browned on all sides. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, gently fry luncheon meat and add hotdog. Add in a bowl with tofu. Gently toss in chicken.
  3. Transfer to sizzling plate and pour over beaten egg. Upon serving, mix to set egg.
