SISIG TACOS


Ingredients:

1 (500 g) pack MONTEREY SISIG
1 (12 pc) pack 6-inch whole wheat flour tortillas
1 (100 g) pc STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC, melted
1 (155 g) pack Romaine lettuce, sliced
1 (150 g) pc onion, chopped
5 (150 g) pc tomatoes, chopped
1 (25 g) bunch wansoy, use leaves only

Dressing:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
2 tsp liquid seasoning
2 pc calamansi, squeezed

Procedure:

  1. Heat sisig in a pan for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, liquid seasoning, and calamansi juice. Set aside.
  3. Dip tortillas in margarine and heat in a pan for 2 minutes per side or until lightly toasted.
  4. Arrange tortillas on a board or plate. Add lettuce, sisig, onion, and tomato. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with wansoy.

 

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield: 12 pc/2 pc per serving)
