SISIG SIOMAI


Ingredients:

1 pack siomai wrappers

For siomai filling:

2 (150g each) cans PUREFOODS SIZZLING DELIGHTS SISIG
150 grams MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION GINILING
1 cup grated singkamas
1 cup grated carrots
1 tbsp chopped green onions
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
50 grams breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Mix siomai filling ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Fill each siomai wrapper with 2 tsp filling.
  4. Steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with a dip made of soy sauce and calamansi juice.

Makes 30-35 pieces.
