Sisig Rolls


  1. Combine sisig, singkamas, green onions and 2 eggs. Mix well.
  2. Wrap every 2 tbsp in lumpia wrappers. Lightly brush with beaten egg to seal edges.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Makes 9 servings.


  1. Singkamas adds crunch and extends the dish.
  2. Use chives instead of green onions.
  3. Add other veggies like carrots or mushrooms.
  4. Prepare in advance. Freeze in portions and fry as needed.
  5. Add deseeded siling haba to make Dynamite Sisig Rolls.
