- Combine sisig, singkamas, green onions and 2 eggs. Mix well.
- Wrap every 2 tbsp in lumpia wrappers. Lightly brush with beaten egg to seal edges.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Makes 9 servings.
- Singkamas adds crunch and extends the dish.
- Use chives instead of green onions.
- Add other veggies like carrots or mushrooms.
- Prepare in advance. Freeze in portions and fry as needed.
