SISIG FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

1 (500g) pack MONTEREY SISIG
1/2 head garlic, finely crushed
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
100 grams Baguio beans, sliced thinly
6 cups cooked rice
1/2 tbsp iodized fine salt

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, sauté sisig in its own fat then add garlic. Cook until garlic becomes sticky.
  2. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Let eggs cook until set then scramble.
  3. Add Baguio beans and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add rice and mix well. Season with salt. Cook for about 2 minutes more then serve.
Makes 8 servings. (Yield: 8 cups)
