SISIG FRIED RICE

Baguio beans, sliced thinly

Procedure:
- In a pan, sauté sisig in its own fat then add garlic. Cook until garlic becomes sticky.
- Make a well in the center and add eggs. Let eggs cook until set then scramble.
- Add Baguio beans and cook for 1 minute.
- Add rice and mix well. Season with salt. Cook for about 2 minutes more then serve.
Makes 8 servings.
