SINUWAM NA MANOK


Ingredients:

1/4 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS, diced
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (40 g) pack corn soup mix, dissolved in 3 cups water
3 (10 g each) stalks malunggay leaves (about 1/4 cup leaves)

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, sauté chicken in oil until it changes in color.
  2. Add corn soup mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Lower heat then let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add malunggay leaves and cook until malunggay turns bright in color. 

Makes 5 servings

Yield:  4-1/2 cups

TIP: 

  • Use Magnolia Chicken Station Ground Chicken in lieu of breast fillet.
