SINABAWANG MANOK SA REPOLYO

Ingredients:

1/4	cup	STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
4	cloves	garlic, crushed
1	knob	ginger, slightly pounded
1	kg	MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION CUT UPS
1	tbsp	soy sauce
2	cups	water
1	head	small cabbage, sliced

Procedure:

Put the margarine in a pan, then add the ginger, garlic, chicken and soy sauce.
Let chicken turn brown all over and then pour water. Simmer covered until chicken is tender.
Add cabbage and cook until cabbage turns bright in color.

Makes 6-8 servings.
