SHRIMP TEMPURA QUICK RAMEN


Ingredients:

2 (100 g each) packs store bought Japanese instant ramen, cooked according to package directions
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS SEAFOOD DELIGHTS SHRIMP TEMPURA, cooked according to package directions
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, cooked soft boiled, peeled and halved
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. Pour cooked ramen into 4 separate bowls.
  2. Top each bowl with 2 pieces of shrimp tempura and half of egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 4 cups/1/2 cup per serving)
