Ingredients:
1/2 | kg | shrimp (suahe), shelled and deveined |
1/2 | tsp | iodized fine salt |
1/4 | tsp | pepper |
1/3 | cup | MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED |
3 | cloves | garlic, minced (1 tbsp) |
1/4 | pc (1 tbsp) | lemon juice |
1/4 | pack (of 160 g) | MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated (1/2 cup) |
1 | stalk (2 g) | parsley, chopped (1 tsp) |
Procedure:
1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
3. Add lemon juice and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. Arrange shrimp in a baking dish.
5. Drizzle butter mixture over shrimp then top with cheese and parsley.
6. Broil in the oven set at around 205oC (400oF) until shrimp turn orange and cheese melts.
7. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges and a sprig of parsley. Serve hot.
