SHRIMPS AND MUSHROOMS GAMBAS


Ingredients:

1/4 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp bagoong alamang
1 pc finger peppers (siling haba)
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup medium white shrimps
1 cup button mushrooms

Procedure:

  1. Heat margarine in a skillet. Sauté garlic until slightly toasted. Add bagoong, pepper, hot sauce and paprika.
  2. Add white shrimps and cook until it turns red. Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Serve.

Makes 10 servings.
