Shio Ramen

Procedure:

1. In a medium saucepot, heat water and add the next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for 6 hours over low heat. Set aside liempo and slice when cool. Strain broth and discard strained solids.
2. In serving bowls, arrange ramen noodles, cabbage and sliced pork. Pour hot broth and top with green onions and nori.
