SHANGHAI RICE



Ingredients:

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION SHANGHAI MIX
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked rice
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 stalk (5 g) parsley, chopped (1 tbsp)

Procedure:

1. Sauté shanghai mix in hot oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add rice and mix well.
3. Make a well in the center of the rice, crack in the eggs and let them cook.
4. When the eggs are almost set, gently stir and mix with the rice mixture.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Transfer to a platter and garnish with parsley on top.

Makes 6 servings.
(Yield: 6 cups/1 cup per serving)
