SHAKE SHAKE SALTED EGG CHICKEN

Ingredients:

2 (200 g each) packs PUREFOODS CHICKEN DRUMMETS, cooked according to package directions
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED or DARI CREME BUTTERMILK, melted
3 pc salted egg yolks, mashed
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)

Procedure:

  1. In a plastic bag or container, combine butter, egg yolks, sugar and chilli powder.
  2. Add chicken, seal and shale until well coated.

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 14 pc/3-4 pc per serving)
