SCRAMBLED ADOBO FLAKES WITH MUSHROOM AND POTATO BY MADALICIOUS COOK OFF CHALLENGER KATHY KENNY BALMORES


Ingredients:

1 pack (220 g) PUREFOODS READY-TO-EAT ADOBO FLAKES
1/4 cup water
1 pc (50 g) onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 pc (300 g) potatoes, cubed
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
1 can (400 g) button mushrooms, sliced
brown sugar to taste
8 pc (400 g) MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
lemon slices, for topping

Procedure:

1. In a pan over low heat, combine adobo flakes with water and let simmer until almost dry.
2. Add onion and garlic and cook until brown.
3. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes or until tender..
4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, mushrooms and brown sugar.
5. Add eggs and once it starts to set, gently mix.
6. Turn off heat and garnish with lemon.

Makes 8 servings.
