SCALLOPED POTATO WITH HAM AND SPINACH


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
6 cloves garlic, slivered
2 cups store bought frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 (250ml each) packs MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
4 (200 g) pc potatoes sliced thinly
2 (200 each) packs PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM SLICES

Procedure:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°C. Slice potatoes thinly.
  2. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic, spinach, Parmesan cheese and cream.  Simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In an oven proof dish, arrange sliced potatoes then top with ham.
  4. Cover with sauce on top and bake for 30 mintues or until potatoes soften.

 

Makes 12 servings.
