SAVORY CHICKEN LOAF


Ingredients:

1-1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION GROUND CHICKEN
1-1/2 cups grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pickle relish
6 slices white bread, soaked in 1/2 cup MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup instant cream of asparagus soup
1 can PUREFOODS CHICKEN VIENNA SAUSAGE, diced
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt

Procedure:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Grease a 12” x 15” sheet aluminum foil with butter. Place about 2 cups of mixture on one side and roll like an “embutido”. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  3. Steam for 40 minutes or bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked. Cool and chill before slicing.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
