SAUSAGE AL AJILLO


Ingredients:

1/3 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
6 cloves garlic, minced (2 tbsp)
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
2 pc PUREFOODS DELI GERMAN FRANKS, sliced
1 (10 g) bundle parsley, chopped (2 tbsp)
2 tbsp tomato sauce

Procedure:

  1. In a frying pan, melt butter. Sauté garlic and chili peppers. Add sliced German franks, parsley and tomato sauce. Cook for another minute. Remove from heat and serve immediately (preferably on a sizzling plate).

Makes 4 servings.
