SAUCY TOKWA


Ingredients:

2 tbsp COOKBEST COCONUT OIL
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc onion, cubed
4 (500 g) pc tokwa, diced (5x4 cut)
2 (150 g each) cans PUREFOODS CHICKEN AFRITADA
2 tbsp oyster sauce
water

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion.
  2. Add tokwa, chicken, oyster sauce and water. Simmer for 3 minutes.Step here
Makes 4-6 servings. (Yield: 4 cups/1/3 to 1/2 cup per serving)
