SARCIADONG ISDA


Ingredients:

1/2 kg (5 pc) alumahan/galunggong or preferred fish, cleaned
1 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup (45 g) STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 pc (100 g) onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
8 pc (480 g) tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup water
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1 bundle (30 g) green onion, chopped

Procedure:

  1. Season fish with fish sauce and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan. Pan-fry fish on both side until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
  3. Remove oil and melt margarine. Sauté onion, garlic, and tomatoes. Add water.
  4. Stir in eggs and season with salt. Pour eggs over fried fish and cook until egg mixture sets. 5. Top with green onions

Makes 5 servings.
(Yield: 5 pc /1 pc per serving)
