SAMJUPCINO


Ingredients:

1/4 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION TIMPLADOS TOCINO
3 tbsp GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1/4 cup Gochujang paste*
1/2 cup store-bought kimchi
1 (200 g) bunch curly lettuce
*Gochujang is a spicy fermented chili paste popular in Korea

Procedure:

  1. Cook tocino in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, and then slice tocino into strips.
  2. Arrange tocino, Gojuchang paste, kimchi and lettuce on a platter.
  3. To consume, wrap in lettuce leaves a few pieces of tocino strips, Gochujang paste, and kimchi.

Makes 5 servings.
