SAMJUPCINO


Ingredients:

1 pack (450 g) PUREFOODS CLASSIC TOCINO
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup (152 g) Gochujang paste*
1-1/2 cups (238 g) store-bought kimchi
1 bunch (300 g) curly lettuce
*Gochujang is a spicy fermented chili paste popular in Korea

Procedure:

  1. Cook tocino in hot oil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, and then slice tocino into strips.
  2. Arrange tocino, Gojuchang paste, kimchi and lettuce on a platter.
  3. To consume, wrap in lettuce leaves a few pieces of tocino strips, Gochujang paste, and kimchi.

Makes 6 servings.
