SALTED EGG CHICKEN POPCORN


Ingredients:

2 (200 g each) packs PUREFOODS CHICKEN POPCORN NUGGETS, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS!, melted
6 pc salted egg yolks, mashed
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 cup curry leaves
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes

Procedure:

  1. Cook chicken popcorn according to package directions.
  2. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, sugar and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  3. Gently toss in cooked chicken popcorn until well coated.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and top with curry leaves and chili flakes.

Makes 7-8 servings.

(Yield: 72 pc chicken popcorn & 1 cup sauce /9 pc chicken popcorn per serving)
