SALAMI AND EGG SALAD SANDWICH


Ingredients:

1(200 g) pack salami
8 pc sliced bread

EGG SALAD:

4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, hard boiled, peeled and roughly chopped
2 tbsp pickle relish
2 tbsp coarsely chopped cashew or peanuts
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Procedure:

  1. Combine all egg salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  2.  Place salami slices onto bread, spread egg salad then cover with another slice of bread. Repeat procedure to make 4 sandwiches.

Makes 4 servings.
