ROCKY ROAD CREAM TRIFLE



Ingredients:

2 (250 mL each) packs MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, chilled
8 pc store-bought or pre-made brownies, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallows
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Procedure:

  1. Whip cream until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks are formed.
  2. Arrange 1/3 of brownie pieces at the bottom of a trifle bowl. Spoon 1/3 of whipped cream then drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle chopped nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows. Continue layering with remaining ingredients. Chill before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
