Roasted Chicken Burrito


  1. For the rice, melt margarine in a pan. Add tomato sauce and rice. Mix well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla on a clean chopping bard. Place 2 tablespoons of cooked rice, chicken, salsa and cream cheese.
  3. Gather sides of tortilla towards the center then roll to secure filling. Microwave burrito for 1 minute on high heat. Serve.
