RICE COOKER CHICKEN AND GRAVY RICE


Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 (5 pc) kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS, sliced into cubes
3 cups water
3 cups rice, washed once
2 (30 g each) packs instant gravy mix

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a rice cooker. Add chicken and cook until chicken browns.
  2. Add water, rice and gravy mix. Mix well.
  3. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until rice is cooked.

Makes 8 servings

Yield: 8 cups rice mixture

Tip/s:

  • Use chicken thigh fillets as an alternative.
