CAULIFLOWER CHEESE CASSEROLE


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cup MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1 (500 g) head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets, blanched and drained
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Whisk in flour and milk. Let simmer. Turn off heat then stir in half of cheese.
  3. Transfer cauliflower into an oven proof dish. Pour milk mixture over cauliflower. Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake casserole for 15-20 mins until bubbling.

Makes 4 servings.
