QUICK AND EASY MONTEREY PORK TERIYAKI


Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup chopped white onions
1/4 cup sliced carrots
2 cups sliced cabbage
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
5 cups cooked rice
1/2 kg MONTEREY PORK TERIYAKI, stir-fried

Procedure:

  1. In a wok, heat oil. Stir-fry onions and carrots. Add cabbage and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove from heat and drizzle a few drops of sesame oil. Toss.
  3. Serve sauteed vegetables and pork on top of cooked rice.
Makes 5 servings.
