QUICK CHICKEN SPAGHETTI


Ingredients:

1/4 kg spaghetti, cooked according to package directions

SAUCE:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (198 g) can mushrooms pieces and stems, drained
3 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG CLASSIC, sliced
3 (50 g each) cans PUREFOODS CHICKEN AFRITADA
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in pan and sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms until onion is tender.
  2. Add hotdogs and chicken. Simmer for 2 minutes over low heat.
  3. Top or toss with cooked pasta. Top with cheese.
Makes 5 servings. Yield: 5 cups/1 cup per serving
