QUICK CHICKEN GAMBAS

Ingredients:

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLETS, cut into large cubes
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS!
8 cloves garlic, chopped
1/8 cup banana ketchup

Procedure:

  1. In a sauté pan, fry chicken in Butter-licious! until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add chicken back and pour ketchup. Mix well until all chicken is well coated with ketchup.   

Makes 4 servings

Yield: 2 cups
