QUESO DE BOLA SUPREME SAUCE


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 (50 g) pc onion, chopped
1 (25 g) pc celery, finely chopped
1 (25 g) pc bell pepper, finely chopped
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA
1 tsp lemon zest

Procedure:

  1. To make sauce, heat butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Sauté onion, celery and bell pepper.
  2. Stir in cream, cheese, and lemon zest. Let simmer and constantly stir until sauce thickens. Set aside.    

Makes 1-1/2 cups.
