QUESO DE BOLA SPREAD



Ingredients:

2 cups grated MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA
1 (225 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, softened
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a food processor, combine cheese and butter or mix with a spatula.
  2. Add in Worcestershire sauce and olive oil. Continue mixing until everything blends together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer mixture into a serving dish and serve together with French bread slices or crackers.

Makes 3 cups.
