QUESO DE BOLA AND FRIED SUMAN TURON


Ingredients:

1 (225 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
8 pc Antipolo suman
1/4 cup sugar
8 pc lumpia wrappers
200 grams MAGNOLIA QUESO DE BOLA, grated
cooking oil for deep-frying

Procedure:

  1. Brown butter in a small frying pan.Pan-fry suman in butter until golden brown.
  2. Coat fried suman with sugar. Place suman in lumpia wrapper then top with cheese. Roll lumpia and seal ends with water.
  3. Deep-fry lumpia in hot oil until crisp and golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
